Mosman Junior Hockey Club is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit local institution, providing youth with opportunities to play and learn hockey. Founded in 2008, the Club has grown from a small team of 6 players, to now having more than 200 participants who train and play year-round.

There are three offerings:

• Junior Grass Hockey – the Boomerang Play & Learn program introduces young players to the game: Sponosred by The Yellow Spot.

• Age-grade Turf Hockey – from U9 to U17, beginner to advanced

• Indoor Hockey – one of largest and most successful indoor clubs in NSW, supporting all ages

During the year we field more than 50 teams across these formats. While the club has excellent standards, with representation in the highest levels of the sport, our main focus is on participation and ensuring youth get the advantages that team sport provides, transfering values that will help them later in life.

Why Should You Partner with Mosman Hockey?

Mosman Hockey is one of the Lower North Shore’s most sought after children’s activities as both boys and girls participate concurrently, unlike many other sports.

We have one of the most successful, well recognised Indoor Clubs in NSW hosting private schools, local teams and individuals of all ages and abilities.

As a Club we have a proportionally high number of players chosen each season to represent the region and state, we believe this is due to our training program and coaches.

In less than five years we've doubled our member base and this year we're expecting our highest registrations yet.

Half of our membership reside in Mosman with the balance residing in the surrounding areas of Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Cammeray, Crows Nest, Waverton, Wollstonecraft, Naremburn, Northbridge, Seaforth and Balgowlah.

Sponsorship Goal for 2024

Mosman Junior Hockey's goal is to purchase a bus and host free specialised clinics for our turf players prior to represenative carnivals.

The Mosman Junior Hockey Bus will be used to transport children and equipment to and from training, games and carnivals.

The specialised clinics will pay elite coaches to teach specific skills to our members, ie goal keeper's clinkic, strikers clinic, tackle clinic.
